Courageous II

This morning brought the news that a regular sight in the Bristol Channel and nearby harbour's was no more see BBC News 

Here is Courageous II, a World War II veteran in Bristol a couple of years ago. She was always very well maintained and a credit to her owner.

The Cornishman

Today we travelled on Vintage Trains 'The Cornishman' railtour from Bristol to Plymouth. 

Here we see Class 47 number D1755 arriving with the first leg of the tour from Tyseley.
